Found used benches occupied oneside along
the pedestrian lane of railway station.
Volunteer Staff removed the left bicycle though
did not decerease the number for years.
Municipal government facilitated Left Bicycle Depot
and Bicycle removal team.
No left bicyles along the lane solved narrow traffic.
We often call like this phenomen as
ISSEKI NICYOU 一石二鳥
(catch two Birds with one stone )
It allows elder people take rest and
provides them chattering place.
No need volunteer bicylce watch team,
automatically reduce left bicycle.
Tempat duduk perbsaikan jalan.
dekat Stasion JR Nishi....
Masih banyak Bicycle jalan kecir.
Tidak boleh bicycle sini tapi
orang tua duduk sini dan bicara juga.
katakatanya seprti ini di Japan
Dua burung dengan satu batu.

長年解決しなかった
駅前自転車放置問題が
一石二鳥で
高齢者にやさしく
一挙解決 した。
駅に続く商店街両側に
並んだ自転車の列
撤去専門部隊・自転車保管
場所まで設けたり
花の鉢を置いてみたが
一向に減らない。
ところが、
ある日突然改善した。
要するに
禁止 や
警告 ではなく
置けない
しくみ
の勝利である。
しかも中古木製ベンチを置くことで
高齢者のお休みどころや
語らいの場ができて喜ばれる。
置いてほしいもので
置けないようにした
そのアイデアに
金メダル をあげたい
この調子で解決しよう。
ただし
郊外住宅地と駅を結ぶ
安価な交通手段の不足が
根本の問題である。
