US Cultural propaganda Organization in Japan After
Asia Pacific War
63 years ago August 15, 1945,Japan surrender USA.
US launched CIE as cultural propaganda mission after WW��.
When I was children dropped in CIE with Mom.
Among colorful books and pictures, comfortable library
I was like as a boy in Disney Land .
Not aware of war gilty! only FUN !
I can't help admiring US program providing such cultural
service for occupied people.
UK also provided School, Hospital and Church for colonies.
We should have learn these cultural information mission.
